Community Leaders Reverend and Mrs. C. E. Dickey by Queen Lewis

Reverend C. E. Dickey is the Pastor of St. John A. M. E. Church in Crawford, GA. He has been my pastor for 19 years.

The Dickeys are very well known in the Oglethorpe County area for being very passionate and willing to help everyone. They are very positive influences to the kids in the communities. Every summer they finance trips and cook outs for the kids of our church and other communities.

Reverend and First Lady Belinda Dickey are very active in community services. They reside in Gainesville Georgia. They are involved in numerous Community Services in and around the Hall and Oglethorpe communities.

Reverend Dickey’s involvement includes:

·         Co-founder of Set Free Prison Ministry.

·         Board Member of Maranatha Ministry.

·         Board Member of Veterans Community Outreach.

·         Member of NAACP.

·         Community Activist of Pollution and Health issues in Gainesville, GA

·         President of Interdenominational Black Ministers Associate. 

First Lady Dickey’s involvement includes:

·         Member of Multi Gang and Drug Task Force.

·         Youth Department Director of St. John and Bethel A.M.E. Churches.

·         Member of Hall County Housing Team.

·         Vice President of Sunshine Seniors.

·         Vice President of Concerned Citizens of Hall County.
